Class Schedule (Drop In/*Registered)
New Session April 29 – June 16th
All classes for the new session will be drop in with the exception of the 5 week Mindfulness Meditation class (May 6 – June 10) and Yoga for Plus Size Women (April 21 – May 26).
Please note that drop in classes are on a first come, first served basis.
Registration for Mindfulness Meditation, Yoga for Plus Sized Women or any of our workshops can be done online, at the studios or by phone.
