Enjoy a class with your peers and learn how to use props to facilitate the poses. Gentle movements reduce stiffness, improve range of motion, increase circulation and balance body and mind!
Yoga for Plus-Size Women NewAll LevelsThis five-week course provides a gentle introduction to yoga. Learn some common foundational yoga poses, as well as the basics of breath awareness, in a supportive environment. Students will be encouraged to move into poses slowly and gently and will be taught how to use props and to adapt poses to maximize their effectiveness for each person’s unique body. Geared towards runners and cyclists, this class will use a combination of traditional yoga postures, dynamic movement and props to both stretch and strengthen muscle groups associated with these activities.
No previous yoga experience required, all levels of ability welcome.
Yin YogaAll LevelsYin Yoga targets the deep connective tissues of the body such as ligaments, fascia and even our bones and joints. Long holds are practised in stillness creating a deep, quiet and meditative practise. All levels welcome in this class.
Warm Yoga Flow NewAll LevelsWarm Yoga flow is a smooth, balanced class linking poses at a comfortable pace allowing time for exploration. This dynamic class develops flexibility, balance and stamina. All levels welcome in this class.

Restorative YogaAll LevelsA therapeutic, medically based practice particularly beneficial to those with chronic ailments or those who wish to reduce stress, replenish energy and experience the meditative aspects of the postures. Standing and strengthening postures are removed in this class.
Yoga Therapy NewAll LevelsThis class is designed to accommodate the needs of people with different conditions and physical abilities. Therapeutic yoga is very gentle and safe. Classes include stretching, guided meditation and breath work. This class helps patients to relax while strengthening their bodies and spirits, whether they are in recovery from an illness or injury, in treatment for cancer, living with neurological conditions or preparing for major surgery. Everybody is welcome including caregivers and no yoga experience is required.
Yoga For a Better BackTherapeuticIncrease the health of your spine (neck and back) and decrease pain and stiffness through gentle supported postures, breathing and relaxation techniques, gentle stretching, strengthening and traction poses.
Participants must be past the acute pain stage.
Yoga for PregnancyAll LevelsFor expectant mothers at any stage of pregnancy up to delivery. Gentle targeted stretches, breathing, visualization and relaxation that make the birth experience easier and more joyful.
Mom & Baby YogaAll LevelsFor new parents and babies (up to crawling stage.) Stretch, tone and relax in a supportive setting with baby at your side.

Kids learn skills on the mat to enhance their daily life, helping them make more informed, healthy choices. The practice of flowing poses improves physical fitness through balance and strength while building confidence, self esteem and mental concentration.

Yoga for Teens (ages 12 – 17) NewAges 12 - 17
A dynamic class teaching strength, flexibility, and focus while weaving in components of yoga philosophy that relate to a modern teen’s life and challenges. Recommended for athletic teens in cross training and those who want to build better posture, poise and mental focus. Includes basic skills in relaxation and meditation.

Bring the whole family to this energetic class designed to promote active living and family connection. This class is open to all family members ages 8 and up.

Yoga Birthday Party! (ages 5 and up) NewAges 5 +
Yoga parties are 2 hours of vibrant, fast-paced fun! Mom and Dad can sit back and enjoy while our Certified Yoga Kids Instructor, Joanne takes the kids through an hour of creative yoga poses and flows. Along with songs, games and activities, this will be an unforgettable and exciting birthday party for your child! At the end of the yoga session we relax so when it’s time for cake the kids are calm and relaxed.

Mindfulness Meditation for Beginners NewAll LevelsMindfulness meditation practice brings more calm and joy into your life. Learn techniques for mindfulness presence in your daily life. Instruction is given in sitting, lying and walking meditation with time for questions on your progress. All levels are welcome including those with no meditation experience.
